Terms of Service
The service
Persona Empire designs, launches and operates an AI-generated creator for the client for a 90-day launch period, for a one-time fee of $2,700. The exact scope is defined in the individual written agreement signed before payment.
Revenue share
After the launch period the client chooses: (1) take full control with no revenue share or further fees, or (2) have Persona Empire continue managing the creator under a separate management agreement, in which case Persona Empire receives 15% of the agreed net revenue generated during that management only. There is no permanent revenue share and no obligation to continue.
Ownership
The client owns the creator brand, content and all accounts created during the launch.
No guaranteed earnings
Revenue, audience growth and creator performance depend on the market and platform rules and are not guaranteed. Platform fees and advertising costs are not included in the setup fee.
Platform rules
The client is responsible for complying with the terms of every platform used, including disclosure of AI-generated content where required.
Agreement prevails
If anything on this page conflicts with the signed client agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
